Welcome to this week’s meeting of the eClub of the State of Jefferson.
I am Bob Gibson, President of the Rotary eClub of State of Jefferson. Welcome to this week’s meeting. I hope this finds you well.
I am Scheduling another Coffee Chat Zoom meeting in the next couple of weeks. Our member, Dan Smith, will be our program. He will discuss the experiences he had during his recent trip to Ukraine. Dan has been instrumental in introducing us to the eClub of Ukraine. We are considering how we can leverage Rotary resources to assist with the challenges facing the Ukrainian people.
Our Club Secretary, Jean Hamilton, will be representing our Club in Chinle, Arizona this weekend. She will be attending a reception of recognition for the work Rotary has done for the Navajo Nation. This has included the solar lights project, the bookmobile, and the internet satellite dish.
We will have our June Board meeting on June 15 at 8:00am PDT. You are welcome to attend. These meetings provide an opportunity for input and involvement in the direction of your Club.
Please look for an email from our Treasurer, Carol Ruggeri. She is sending out the invoices for the membership dues for our Club. We work to keep the cost of membership under control. The payment is due by June 30. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
