Welcome to this week’s meeting of the eClub of the State of Jefferson.
I am Bob Gibson, President of the Rotary eClub of State of Jefferson. Welcome to this week’s meeting. I hope this finds you well.
I’m going to move forward with scheduling a “Coffee Chat” (general membership) meeting for February. I am interested in scheduling it on a day and time that will allow maximum attendance. I have two questions. Would you prefer a weekend day, or a weekday? And, would you prefer morning or afternoon? Yes, I understand that this will not be a unanimous decision. However, I would like to have feedback. I would like to have these Coffee Chats on a regular basis. We could alternate the schedules to accommodate more members. I truly believe this can strengthen the fellowship within our Club and encourage member retention and growth. As always, I value your thoughts and reactions to this idea.
