I am Bob Gibson, President of the Rotary eClub of State of Jefferson. Welcome to this week’s meeting. I hope this finds you well.
I have been going through the January issue of the Rotary Magazine. It contains several articles that I found interesting. I came across an “advertisement” for a course in the Learning Center of the RI website. The title is “Creating an Inclusive Club Culture.” It is a short (15-minute) course that I found valuable. It speaks to club attributes that I believe have a direct impact on effectiveness.
I am posing a question to you. How can we strengthen our eClub, using the principles described in this course? I believe strengthening the feelings of inclusion will have a positive effect on the retention of our membership. And, it will open doors for attracting new members. Please take the time to find this course in the Learning Center (requires you to log in to your My Rotary account). I believe you will find it a valuable experience. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
