Rotarians do not need to register to obtain a MAKE-UP confirmation. Please follow these easy steps and you will have a make up completed!!
- You are required to spend >30 minutes on our site or reading the material presented.
- Select one or more of the articles from the Program List or Archives and read them.
- After completing your visit, click on Make-up Request Form here or from the menu.
- Complete ALL fields in the form.
- Press the Submit Make-Up Request Form button.
- An email with the Make-Up Form is sent to your email address and your Club Secretary if you entered that info.
- You may want to print out the form and present it to your club as evidence of your make-up.
